Daily Activities
At bookie’s babes we organise timetables full of different activities every day, creating a fun packed environment for children to enhance their learning. We also ensure that there is a balance between structured play and learning alongside child-led activities, where children can make choices as to what they want to do.
Each room creates different area’s for children to enjoy.
These include:

Malleable areas

Physical baby gym area

Floor play

Home corner

Reading/ quiet area.

Maths area including puzzles and jigsaws

Construction area

Independent play, where children have access to equipment of their choice.

Phonics classes
We encourage and teach the children to learn their phonics when they move into the toddler room, it allows us to open a world of Literacy to children and teach early phonics skills as well as incorporating physical development through handwriting inspiring them to improve their gross and fine motor skills

Caterpillar Music
We use Caterpillar music sessions to be interactive, it helps to guide our children on a musical journey through the Early Years curriculum using colourful puppets, baby safe instruments and themed lesson plans.
